The Jeffco Public Schools Board of Education has started the process of searching for a superintendent to begin leading our school district in July 2021.
We would like to further define our superintendent candidate profile. To do so, we need to identify the characteristics, traits, and experiences we seek in our next superintendent.
The first step in defining those characteristics is to engage our community to gather input from our staff, families, and community members. While Covid-19 restrictions will prevent us from conducting in-person meetings, we will offer three options for our community to share thoughts and provide input:
Online Forums
Participate in one of the online forums - there are sessions for parents/guardians, general community, business leaders, local government, community group leaders, and religious/faith-based group leaders - as outlined below. The sessions are being held by our consultants assisting the Board of Education with the candidate profile development and superintendent search.
